All published workouts can be found by swimmers in Simma.
 | What swimmers will see If swimmers are not training with you on Simma, then the workout sets will be locked and not visible to the swimmers in the applications. They can see the workout exists, its name, distance, level, tags and equipment but all of the sets are not visible. |
Swimmer requests If the swimmer has requested to work with the Coach and the coach has accepted the request in the coaching web application, then the details of a Set will be available for the swimmer to see the Sets in the workout and the Workout will be able to be pushed to the swimmer's Apple Watch. |  |
